What pumpkin treats are you eating right now? I’ve made pumpkin cheesecake bars, Crockpot pumpkin coffee (in an effort to not buy so many PSLs from Starbucks and white chocolate pumpkin coolers from Caribou! 😁), and my favorite so far, pumpkin coffee cake with a streusel and cream cheese filling!

If there’s one thing I make more at this time of year than anything else, it’s apple crisp.
It’s easy, it’s warm (which I love when it’s cooler outside), and it makes me feel healthy since it’s full of oats and apples.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I totally eat this for breakfast, and I don’t feel ashamed about it.

And I must say, in my book, this version is an upgrade. Take 5s are one of my favorite – maybe even THE absolute favorite – candy bars, and they pair pretty perfectly with a bowl of apples and pudding.
