Nutella S’mores Crêpes

Almost a year ago, I tried an amazing crêpe with s’mores fixings and Nutella from a food truck while on vacation. (It was called Le Crepe and they named this particular flavor the “Boy Scout” – so clever!) I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since, and I’ve been meaning to attempt a recreation for almost 12 whole months.

White Chocolate Raspberry Scones

Are you a scone fan? At one time, I didn’t think I was. Every scone I’d tried was dry, tasteless, and totally not worth the calories. Many of them tasted more like two-day-old croissants than the fancy tea-time snack they were purported to be. Even the ones covered in icing seemed to disappoint.

Banana-Nutella Granola

I am not doing Whole 30 or Paleo or keto or eliminating sugar, so my sympathies to you who are. I’ve gone sugar-free before and it’s not easy! But you’ve got this!

This recipe is not sugar-free (or any of those other things), but one of my go-to staples when I’m looking for something healthier is oatmeal, and there are definitely oats right here.

Gravlax

Peach Cream Cheese Loaf

August means peach season to me. Peaches everywhere! Peach pie, fresh peaches in my lunchbox, peach ice cream, peach everything. I usually have a huge box of them in the house that has to be completely used up before they go bad.

Challenge accepted.

Over the course of a week or so, I’m stuffing peaches into everything that goes into my mouth like they’re about to go extinct.
